Our Purpose

The Carroll Valley Borough Parks & Recreation Committee is an advisory committee whose purpose is to provide advice, direction, and recommendations to the Parks Department, Borough Manager and Carroll Valley Borough Council. The Committee has no final authority or responsibility for policy making or administration.
