2023 Budget
No Tax Increase Proposed for 2023!

We present our Approved 2023 Budget. For the 11th consecutive year, NO TAX INCREASE is proposed.
The 2023 budget for the Borough of Carroll Valley has been adopted with the following tax rates: Real Estate - 2.45 mils.; Dedicated Fire/EMS - .25 percent; Earned Income - .50 percent; Realty Transfer - .50 percent; and Admissions – 5.0 percent or as permitted by law.
