The Borough of Carroll Valley is accepting applications for a General Laborer to work for the Roads Department. The successful candidate will be trained to operate all Borough Equipment used in snow removal, road construction and repair, culvert repair and installation, equipment maintenance, and roadside mowing, among other duties. Successful candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be motivated toward service and teamwork.
