Investigating Complaints
Carroll Valley Borough has ordinances in effect that protect the
residents of the community. The most common complaints are for:
- Weeds/Grass
- cannot exceed 10 inches in height
- Trash - all trash must be in a covered receptacle,
no abandoned appliances or equipment
- Housing -
home
s must be well maintained and in good repair
- Abandoned
vehicles -
unregistered, unlicensed vehicles are not permitted
- Health - any situation causing an unsafe or unhealthy
condition
