Ron lives on Skyline Trail with his wife of 43 years, Pat and their two companions, Skye a 142 pound German Shepard and Miss Kitty, a recently rescued kitty cat.  He has two grown children, Lisa and Scott and a very special granddaughter, Angel. Ron was sworn-in as Mayor in January 2006 serving a 4 year term.  He is Chairman of the Public Safety Committee, a member of the Planning Commission, the Finance Committee and the July 4^th Planning Group.  He is Chairman of the Fairfield Regional Emergency Management Agency (FREMA), President of the Adams County Boroughs Association and an ACTV (Channel 10) Board of Directors member and past President of the Carroll Valley Citizens Association. He is President of HAI that provides project management, configuration management, quality assurance consulting services to private and government entities.  He is a professional photographer and videographer.  Ron was born and raised in East Harlem, New York City. Received a Bachelor of Science degree from Pratt Institute and a Masters of Science degree from the University of Missouri.  He retired from the United States Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel.  Ron also teaches computer courses at Howard Community College in Columbia, MD and Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) in Gettysburg, PA.
