The Carroll Valley Municipal Services consists of 6-full time and 3-part time employees providing year-round roadway maintenance for
over 65-miles of roads. They also maintain the parks and lakes in the area.
These employees are on call 24-hours a day. After regular hours, holidays and weekends, report all emergencies to the 9-1-1 County
Control Center or non-emergency phone line 334-8101.

Pictured above are the men that keep the Borough running. On any given day, you may find them installing pipe, working in our parks
or on other road repairs. However, what you really appreciate them for is the fine job they do maintaining the Borough's many miles
of roads. In the winter season, they are the reason the kids get to school and many of you can get to work and back home safely despite
the snow and icy conditions. When you see these men out, be kind, slow your speed, give a friendly wave and say hello.
